    • Public Liability insurance
    • Workers compensation insurance
    • Professional indemnity insurance and to what value?
  • Can you provide the product data sheets for the products recommended?
  • Are you licensed to do the work quoted?
  • Are you able to provide Home Building Compensation Fund Certificate?
  • Are your team professionally qualified?
  • Have you done similar work on similar buildings?
  • Can we contact a reference, i.e. strata managers number?
