Requirement:
In a high wind and high risk area on the 5th floor the waterproofing membrane had perished allowing extensive water damage to the entire ward.
Solution:
Remove existing bitumen based asbestos waterproof membrane including all ballastrading, capping and flashing back to the original slab. Install a full arrest system, PVC sheet membrane, capping and flashings accommodating for existing airconditioning equipment and communications equipment on the roof.

Sarnafil G410-20L fully adheared with Sarnacol 2142S
