Requirement: Inner city hotel. Mould issues on ceilings of 13th floor due to perished epoxy floor on flat roof.

Requirement: Concrete cancer on the balcony ceilings due to water seeping through the old tile beds

Requirement: A new facility was built for bulky retail goods, therefore it was mandatory to build three fire fighting water detention tanks. The shear size and water capacity meant that the waterproofing which was originally specified had cracked under the heavy load when the tanks were filled.

Requirement: Extensive leaking into several wards due to an old bitumen based asbestos membrane having perished on roof flats.

Requirement: Leaking bitumen based membrane allowing water damage and mould to residence.

Requirement: Previously installed bitumen based waterproofing membrane was leaking at the overlaps and at outlets allowing water ingress, therefore damaging the concrete slab beneath causing concrete cancer and mould issues to the residential apartments below on the 8th floor.
